The price into the Dublin Kilkenny game on Sunday was €10.00. As it is a Leinster Council competition, would imagine the price would be in or around £10??

I'd just like to show my appreciation to Kilkenny. What a great team and setup they are, as well as great men. Their gesture was something that you would not see in other sports. Go raibh míle maith agaibh.

Exactly and it is imperative that we try to give them as big a welcome as possible to Casement and show our appreciation for this gesture. Let's get a few thousand in there on Sunday to witness a truly legendary team.

According to the Walsh Cup Master fixtures Antrim should have home advantage against Kilkenny. Do you know when a decision will be made on who has home advantage? It would be a great boost to have Kilkenny playing in Casement.

Conditions for entry stated that non-Leinster counties would have to travel to matches, irrespective of the draw. However, Kilkenny have generously offered to travel, but this must be approved by Leinster Council. Hopefully a final decision will be taken in the next couple of days.

Good luck to the Hurlers tomorrow in their opening defence of the Walsh Cup. Give it a lash lads. Good luck tomorrow and for the season ahead. Lets hope this is going to be a great year for Antrim Hurling, i.e Leinster Championshp. More frequent competitiveive games will surely do us no harm at all. Great to see Ciaran McGourty in the line up, get stuck in Ciaran, make a name for yourself.

Presumably a bit of intelligence work was done prior to permitting divisional sides into the senior hurling championship? It would be very dissapointing / very demoralising if entries didn't materialise.

Sounds like a good idea but as someone said before, the process needs to be correct and smaller clubs entering the Intermediate and Junior need to have access to their players who might potentially play for that team. All in all though a good idea. I'm sure that a Belfast team made up of the non-senior entering teams could give the men from the Glens something to worry about. I definitely would still fancy one of the big 3 to still win it but it would serve to make the SHC much more competitive.

That would depend of course on whether St Galls and Gort na Mona entered the SHC or not though. I'd say that the Belfast team would need a lot of their boys!

i see theirs to be football and hurling on alternative weeks up at whiterock leisure centre for under 8s and under 10s, good to see, i hope it can run for the year although i know getting these facilities is hard and expensive, kieran magraw hurling liam mc goldrick football are the organisers big thanks to them i just hope as many clubs as possible take part, games for this age group can be difficult to find so its important the kids get as much development as possible, training-coaching is important but games is what they need and want, i look forward to it.
