which teams/players are involved in the south antrim hurling team that is entered into the senior hurling championship, and who is managing them?

See answer to previous question on this.

Congratulations to Kilkeeny for their magnamimous gesture, which has been recognised by many on this web site. I for one will take the opportunity to 'cross the river' to give my kids the opportunity to see the best in the land (let's hope Cody brings them all). If in doing so, as most agree on this site, Kilkenny have set an example for the furtherment of hurling nationally, then perhaps internally within Antrim people take a leaf from their book and do what's best for the promotion of the sport (not the individual or the club). Realise the good will, commitment, enthusiasm and dedication to the code that exists at all levels of the county structure and pull together (and not apart). The success of the 'Divisional teams' opportunity in the SHC will be a great measure of putting people rather clubs first - I wish all the potential participants the best and hope they get the chance, and support from their clubs, to make this a success for their own betterment and that of the game.

Surely ??? is more qualified and experianced than your man? Especially at county level. And i see the likes ??? invovled. Doomed?

Another merchant of doom that wants to anchor this county in despair and disharmony.

Some mouth watering ties in championship at all levels. Well done to the progressive thinking of all involved, as long as clubs support the venture and get behind it. If supported it can only be good for hurling throughout Antrim.

When the Gorts lad asked about the admission fee into the game at the weekend, what was the purpose of the 'but really' in your reply.

Is he out of order asking about an admission fee? personally i think admission fee's will be a huge issue for the GAA this year, alot of people, like myself, fearful for their long term employment and if its going to cost £20 or £10 to go to watch a game will make an impact in my decision

These enquiries are tiresome, predicatble and are not the responsibility of anybody who administers this website. No matter what match is on and where, we get this incessant carping and questioning about admission prices. If someone has a problem, then there is no point in complaining here about them. Thre are appropriate channels through which complaints can be made and this is not one of them.

just flicking through belfast city council website and seen that elite performers in football and hurling who live in the belfast area can avail of free membership to city council leisure centres, just wondering if any of current seniors knew about this, would be good for strength training and recovery in the pool, something for them to look into

some mouthwatering draws in the championship, who will manage the divisional sides and how are they appointed? Think its a wonderful idea, could the same thing be done in football?

It probably could be done in football and we have no idea who the managers are or will be.

Admin. Just a recommendation. To save you having to answer a lot of queries. If you can get clarification on entrance fee to Sunday's game and post it on the site. The matter is finalised - hopefully.

Leinster Council are in charge of this and last week's admission was £/Euro10 - it presumably will be the same. Under 16's are free and pensioners and students with valid ID are half-price.
