Cul Camps - Coach Application Form 2015

Please find attached a Kellogg’s Cul Camp Coach Application form.  This form must be completed by ANY coach who wants to work on a Kellogg’s Cul camp and return to Ciara Ferry either via email coaching.games.antrim@gaa.ie or by post.  There is a detailed list of terms and conditions attached to the form.

For coaches who want to work on just their own Club Cul Camp only you must also complete this form and return to me.  This is the responsibility of the Club Cul Camp Co-ordinator to ensure each coach completes a form and returns to me.

All coaches must have a foundation, child protection and Access NI certificates.  If you do not have an Access NI cert please complete the form attached and send it with the application form.

There will also be an Award 1 Child football & hurling course available to summer camp coaches for free (£80 value) on 26th & 27th of June in Creggan GAC.
