The 2010 Ulster Poc Fada will be held on 5th June 2010.The course will be over the Divis Mountain above Belfast .
The Antrim Poc Fada will be held on Saturday 8th May at Casement Park begining at 3pm, the winners of each age group will then take part in the Ulster Poc Fada .
