Glenravel are hosting the Official opening of our new ‘Sports and Community Complex’ on the weekend of the 9/10/11 October with various sporting events and social evenings which are in the process of being planned at the moment. We are also planning our official 125yr celebrations for the same weekend to ensure maximum impact for the GAA and for our local club. I
One of the events which requires some up-front notice is the ‘Glentathlon’ (A celebration of Fitness) and we would encourage you to send representatives forward as it provides an excellent challenge and would give you an opportunity to showcase your talents in a slightly different arena whilst still supporting the GAA. There will be recognition of the club who fares best during the results presentation.
