The Year 11 indoor hurling blitz was played on Thursday 29th January at St John’s Gac Belfast. The final was contested by Corpus Christi College and Colaiste Feirste, refereed by P Mullan. The final was very exciting, with non stop play, excellent blocks, great saves from both cύl baire and full of commitment from all the players. At the end of normal time (6 ½ mins each half) there was still no score. The teams agreed to play until the first goal was scored which came after 3 minutes when Naoise ó Faoilean scored the winner for Colaiste Feirste.
St Patrick’s Bearnageeha had finished in 3rd place, thanks to the teachers who attended, Mr Mc Givern , Mr Gannon, Mr Mc Larnon and Mr Cunningham
