Armoy defeated Satanta of Donegal in the Ulster junior hurling final with a late goal to win their first Ulster title
Dunloy became Ulster senior hurling champions for the time when in a thrilling final defeated Dungiven of Derry by six points

South West Antrim Player of the Year
Tony Convery of Casements Portglenone was voted player of the year by the clubs in that area. A well deserved award as Tony has been Casements most consistent player and has also played well for Antrim.
Justin Croizer who plays club football with Cargin was Antrim’s only representive on the Ulster railway cup football Team who beat Munster in the final under the Croke Park floodlights. Congratulations Justin!!!
