We would like you to contact us here at Games Development office if your club would like to receive coaching help, both hurling and/or football, from our staff commencing in September.
This year we aim to roll out a mentoring program that will allow our staff to work with your clubs juvenile mentors, with the target of not only improving standard of training sessions, but having your players receive a broader spectrum of games, drills and conditioning activities by enhancing coaches knowledge, and therefore, confidence in delivering activities targeting these areas.
The educating of your mentors will be achieved through workshops (2 or 3 clubs in local vicinity combine for workshops) targeting the areas that need improved, at different age groups, then our coaches coming to sessions and helping coaches integrate games and activities into a structured training session.
