St Mary's GAC Rasharkin are organising a Dualthlon and 10k run on Friday 21st June 2013, and invite everyone to come along and participate in these events
can you please pass around all your club members and to anyone who may be interested in participating
Duathlon consisting of 5k run, 25k cycle & 5k run, alternatively for those who don't cycle we are also having a 10k run and 5k fun run/walk on the night
all starting and finishing at the club grounds
