St. Brigids GAA Club Girls U-14 team will compete in the U-14 All-Ireland Feile representing Antrim on the weekend of the 22nd – 24th of June which is being hosted in Laois/ Offaly. The girls captured the honour of representing Antrim following Feile final success against a gallant Moneyglass side.

This is St. Brigids U-14 girls second occasion representing Antrim at the All-Ireland Feile competition having previously competed in the All-Ireland Feile in 2010. The girls are excited about representing Antrim for the second time at this great event.

This team remains undefeated in the Antrim league to date. They have honed their preparations for the Feile with challenges against teams from counties of Down and Fermanagh.

The girls will face stiff competition within their Feile group where they will face Borris In Ossory from County Laois (their host club) and the Carlow champions.

The girls undertook significant fundraising to fund their trip to Laois/Offaly and would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who helped and contributed to their fundraising ventures.

The side is captained by Elle Heaney and both Elle and all the U-14 girls hope they can represent their club and county with distinction over the Feile weekend.
