Hi all,
It’s that time of year for Coach Education Programmes and Award 1 Courses (Level 1). Please see below details of an upcoming Award 1 Youth/Adult Course (you will be accredited for both awards on this course). There is a limit of 24 places for each course and it will be on a first come first served basis.
The first course will be an Award 1 Youth/Adult (for detailed outline please read file attached):
Aimed at: Coaches of Youth (U17 down & below) and Adult Teams (Minor up)
Entry Requirements: Foundation Level / Foundation Award Course. Course Candidates will be 18 years or over. Candidates will be asked to abide by the GAA Code of Best Practice in Youth Sport
Duration: 21 Hours (rolled out over two weekends). You must attend all modules to be accredited.
Course Fee: £80
Dates Football Youth/Adult Award 1: Weekend 1 – Friday, 15th October from 7pm - 10pm & Saturday, 16th October 5th 9.30am to 5pm.
Dates Football Youth/Adult Award 1: Weekend 2 – Friday, 22nd October from 7pm – 10pm & Saturday, 23rd October 9.30am to 5pm.
Location: Kickhams Creggan GAC.
Dates Hurling/Camogie Youth/Adult Award 1: Weekend 1 – Friday, 15th October from 7pm - 10pm & Saturday, 16th October 9.30am to 5pm.
Dates Hurling/Camogie Youth/Adult Award 1: Weekend 2 – Friday, 22nd October from 7pm – 10pm & Saturday, 23rd October 9.30am to 5pm.
Location: St. Mary’s Christian Brothers’ School, Glen Rd, Belfast.
