As part of the Ulster Council CPD Programme a female specific workshop will be delivered in Casement Park on Monday 22nd Feb @ 7.30pm
"The Female Player" workshop which is aimed at managers and coaches of female teams will look at the differences in coaching and managing female players as opposed to males by looking at the psychological and physiological differences in the two sexes and how they react to different situations. It will help coaches and managers tailor their training sessions and management techniques to suit the female players they are working with.
