There will be fitness testing and strength & conditioning programme for the U16 Antrim Development Squad on Saturday, February 6th from 10am to 1pm in Greemount/CAFRE (College of Agriculture, Food & Rural Enterprise), 22 Greenmount Road, Antrim, Co. Antrim,BT41 4PU.
To clarify – the U16 Development Squad Panel has not yet been picked – these trials will take place in March, 2010. This programme is for current development squad players who were part of the Antrim panels last year.
There are two groups:
Group 1 is from 10am-11am and have already text to say they will attend. Can you be at Greenmount/CAFRE at 9.50am. Bring indoor gear e.g. runners, shorts and plenty of water. Unfortunately there are no changing facilities, so come prepared.
Group 2 is from 11.15am to 12.30pm. Could the people in this group please text Ciara Ferry (075 45434967), Antrim Coaching & Games Manager with your "name, club & that you are able to attend" if you have not done so already. YOU NEED TO TEXT YOU ARE ATTENDING. Be at the centre for 11am. Also, bring indoor gear e.g. runners, shorts and plenty of water. Unfortunately there are no changing facilities, so come prepared.
