In addition to Riail 38 An Treorai Oifigiuil October 2006 the following are to apply:
1(a) The closing date for the receipt of properly completed transfer applications shall be the last day of February in any year.
1 (b) An Underage player, up to and including the under 18 grade, properly registered as a youth member, shall not be granted a transfer before the last day of the calendar year in which he reaches his 18th birthday.
1 (c) Exception; Where, after this closing date, the family of an underage player (i.e. up to and including the U18 grade) and when the said player is still in full-time education substantively moves house from the geographical area of one divisional sub- committee to another, an application for transfer may be submitted to an Coiste Bainisti for consideration. See Section 1 (D) below.
Where approval is granted, this shall be a matter of report to County
Committee as per An Treorai Oifigiuil.
1(d). In the case of underage players (up to and including the U18 grade) an application for transfers hall also be accompanied by an authorisation signed by the applicant's parent or guardian.
