On Monday 3rd August there will be a Coaching Day for the Antrim u14/u15/u16/and u17 hurling Development Squads
It will begin at 10.15 am and finish at 3.15pm with each squad having a one hour session in the following areas Nutrition , Video Analysis,Rules/Refereeing, Strength and Conditioning.
