A “Learn to Train” coaching course will be held in the Assembly Hall, De La Salle Junior School, Glen Road, Belfast, on Tuesday 3rd March at 7.15pm.
The course is aimed at coaches and parents working with 8 – 12 year olds. It aims to provide coaches and parents with the opportunity to develop the basic skills of our games in a developmental environment and will provide:
1. Appropriate warm up activities
2. Drills to develop skills.
3. Progression in drills.
Course is free of charge and coaches/parents should come prepared for some light participation.
