To Celebrate the GAA 125 there will be a Provincial U10 Indoor Hurling Blitz on Sunday 19th April in the Meadowback Sports Arena, Magherafelt, Co.Derry.
Every hurling club in Ulster is expected to send a team along to this Blitz.
There will be a special prize for ALL players participating in the 125 Blitz.
Due to the set-up and teams involved in this blitz there will be a few rule changes as side-lines and end-lines will come into effect.

Ulster U10 Indoor Hurling Playing Rules:
Players must be born after 1st January 1999
Teams are 5-a-side (Max Panel of 7 players)
Unlimited substitutions
All ground hurling with a First-Touch sliotar
No kicking accidental contact with the feet is permitted
Games are 5 minutes straight or if one team reaches 5 goals the game is over.
Any personal foul will result in a penalty 1v1.
All players must be at least 5m from frees and puck-outs.
There is NO semi-circle rule.
After ANY GOAL (either for or against) each team must change their Goalkeeper.
Notes:
These games are for the benefit of the boys involved.
There should be no negative shouting at players or referees
Teams must line up and shake hands with the opposition after each match
No food or drink will be provided by the Ulster Council so teams are asked to provide lunch/ snacks for themselves. Food and drink are NOT permitted in the halls.
We are on a tight time frame and games will be run off as fixture list. If games are missed due to lateness they will not be re-fixed.
All teams must be at the venue at least 15mins prior to the first game.
